The Metasense Digital Marketing Management Inc invention works as follows

The method and the content validation and coding (CVCS) system are designed to validate and code content in an electronic document, for use with search engine optimization. The CVCS integrates into the application programming interfaces of search engines or media platforms. The CVCS creates an organized repository of schema codes. The CVCS executes an API-based web crawler to crawl and index the electronic document and related content from one or multiple search engines, media platforms, and other sources. It then identifies the structured data and content within the electronic document. The CVCS validates identified content using analytic criteria, and then determines optimal schema code from the categorized repository or dynamically generated schema codes. The CVCS creates a structured code map (SDCM), which contains the optimal codes for schema, and then codes the validated data with these codes using the SDCM.

Background for Content validation and coding to optimize search engine results

Schema.org offers a comprehensive list that is used to develop schema codes for website and index websites in order to improve their ranking, drive traffic and increase awareness on search engines. Schema.org is a system that allows multiple websites to be indexed. Schema.org approved algorithms for search engine optimization use content snippets from a website, and may overlook critical indicators that are related to an organization’s website. Digital marketing services are expensive and therefore often not affordable. These digital marketing companies’ approaches are manual and complex, which makes them unfriendly to users and ineffective at increasing traffic.

The relevance of the search engine results displayed is what determines the usefulness of the search engines. The search scope is limited by conventional systems, which crawl content separately from different platforms. This reduces the relevance and efficiency of search results. “Conventional systems don’t crawl and analyze the content of a website combined with multiple platforms.

There is therefore a long-felt need for a method for validating and codifying content in an electronic document (for example, a web page, an email, etc.) for search engine optimization. There is also a need for both a system and method for identifying the content in an electronic document to be added to schema codes, and for identifying the schema codes that should be added to the document’s content. There is also a need for an automated system and method that indexes a website by focusing on specific schema codes, structured data tags, and item properties. This will increase the rankings of the site, increase traffic, and raise awareness. There is also a need to analyze structured data errors on a website and modify the structured data. There is also a need to bridge the gap between different platforms, such as media platforms and search engines, by combining them with search engines in order to get a full view of the indexing capabilities of a site. There is also a need to crawl and analyze the content of the site, as well as content that is related to it from all search engines and media platforms, and to search for linked data to improve the indexing capabilities of the site for search engine optimization.

This summary is intended to present a number of concepts that are described in greater detail in the detailed description. This summary does not intend to define the scope of claimed subject matter.

The method and system disclosed herein addresses the above-recited needs of validating and coding the content of an electronically document, such as a web page, electronic mail or a website. The system and method disclosed herein identify and highlight the content of an electronic file for adding schema code, as well as identify and weight the schema codes that should be added to the content of the document. The automated system and method disclosed herein focus on and consider specific structured data tags, item properties, and schema codes in order to index a site to increase rankings, drive traffic, and increase awareness. The system and method disclosed here analyzes errors in structured information of a site automatically, and modifies the structured data to benefit businesses. The system and method disclosed herein bridges the gap between different platforms, such as search engine and media platforms, by combining media platforms and search engines to create an overall view of indexing capabilities of a site. The method and system disclosed herein also crawl and analyze the content of the site in addition to all content related to it from the combined search engines and media platform, and search for the linked data on the site to increase its indexing capabilities for search engine optimization.

The method described herein uses a content validation system (CVCS), which is a computer-based program that executes computer instructions to validate and code content in an electronic document. This allows for better search engine optimization. The CVCS integrates with APIs of multiple search engines, and media platforms. The CVCS creates an organized repository of schema codes by using collaborative schema data sources. The schema codes are structured data tags encoded in markup language. FIG. The figure 1 shows a method of validating and coding the content of an electronic file for search engine optimization. In this document, “content of an electronic documents” is used. Refers to the information that is contained in an electronic file in one or more formats. For example, text, image, audio, video, audiovisual, multimedia, etc. As used in this document, “electronic documents” is also referred to as a collection of data and content. The term “electronic document” refers to an electronic collection of data, including, for example, audio, video, audiovisual, and multimedia content. Electronic documents can be, for instance, a web page such as that of a business, or a page on a website like a team page, personal page, etc. The electronic document’s content can be, for instance, text that appears on the homepage of a site and indicates a company address. As used in this document, “validating content” is also referred to as “validating the content”. Refers to the determination of relevant content within an electronic document which can be coded using targeted schema codes in order to optimize search engine results. As used in this document, “coding” is also referred to as “coding”. Refers to the application of schema codes to content relevant in an electronic document. The disclosed method is integrated, for example, into a dashboard or an application. It can also be incorporated in a product or service.

The content validation and coding (CVCS), creates 102 using one or multiple collaborative schema data sources, a categorized database of schema codes. As used herein, ?collaborative schema data sources? Refers to data sources which collaboratively maintain and collect multiple schema codes for search engine optimization. A collaborative schema data source sponsored by Google Inc. Microsoft Corporation and Yahoo! is schema.org. Inc., Yandex, Ltd. The detailed description mentions’schema.org’. The scope of the CVCS and method disclosed herein does not limit the use of’schema.org’ as the collaborative schema source to?schema.org The scope of the method and CVCS disclosed herein is not limited to?schema.org? The CVCS uses a massive index of all item properties for business and website schemas to drill down the index into item properties with the greatest impact on search engine optimization. The categorized repository manages and stores a set of schema codes, including versions and databases. The categorized repository consists of a grouping relevant schema codes for a business entity that focuses on the needs of a business entity’s website. The schema codes are structured data tags within a markup code. For example, a code for a hypertext Markup Language (HTML), an extensible Markup Language (XML), an extensible Hypertext Markup Language (XHTML), etc. In this context, “structured data tags” are used. Refers to the markup on the page that enables search engines to better understand the contents of an electronic document and improve the search results listing. Structured data is a combination of a name and a value. Structured data tags can be added as HTML tags to electronic documents, such as a website, or electronic mails, in order to help search engines categorize the document and index it optimally.

In the present method, the content verification and coding system receives 103 a document that is to be coded using the schema codes within the created categorized repository. This electronic document can come from an input data of a business entity, for instance. The CVCS can receive the electronic documents either through a direct or indirect access to electronic documents stored in the backend. The CVCS, for example, fetches the HTML source code from the electronic document received and writes it into a log. CVCS receives a uniform resource locator of an electronic document (such as a website) via a graphical user interface. CVCS transforms and processes the input data (for example, the URL, or a list URLs) via the GUI. The CVCS then executes a coded heuristic algorithm to validate and code the content of the electronic document in order to optimize it for search engines. The CVCS uses the heuristically-based coded search engine optimization algorithm to optimize a website, and improve search engine indexing. The heuristically-based coded algorithms implement a step-change for improving traffic on the website. The CVCS is a search engine optimizing tool that optimizes a website using a cloud-based software as a services (CSaaS). The CVCS helps to improve the ranking of a website in a search engine result page, as well as drive brand recognition, visits to the website, and sales. The CVCS uses the cloud-based SaaS model and a heuristically coded algorithm to increase the effectiveness of a website. The CVCS offers the heuristically-based coded algorithms along with the cloud-based SaaS models to all small and midsized enterprises (SMEs), and improves the market for search engine optimization.
