“The present invention offers a method of treating cancer that includes tumor cell vaccination combined with hematopoietic or immune cell transplantation. The method may include autologous tumor cells vaccination before autologous hematopoietic or immune cell transplantation. The present invention also provides a method for purifying tumor cells from subjects in preparation to vaccination.
